What inspires your designs and creative process?

How much is shipping?

All orders include FREE 2-3 day  ground shipping (continental US-please allow more time for orders to Hawaii and Alaska) with tracking via USPS Priority Mail. Learn more about our shipping policies.

How soon will my order ship?

In stock items ship within 24-48 hours of your order. Please note that shipments are not made on Sundays or US holidays.  Custom orders may require 4-8 weeks. Email notifications including tracking numbers are sent when your order ships.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Unshipped orders may be canceled or modified.  Contact the studio at 330.554.7560 or info@michellepajakreynolds.com to submit your request.

How do I place a custom order?

Custom design services are available at the following levels:

Full Couture: Original one-of-a-kind design made just for you and inspired by an infinite number of reference materials

Custom: An existing design with slight modifications to the basic original design, such as, changing the clasp style or earring finding, or adding additional embellishments

Made-to-order: An existing design with elemental changes (colors, gemstones, or metal types) but no changes to the basic original design

I forgot password/can’t log-in to my customer account.

We’re unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the sign in link on the homepage, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours. Only account holders can edit saved payment information and shipping addresses. We can't edit this information on your behalf.

Do you make clip-on earrings?

Yes, many of our earrings designs can be ordered with clip-on backs, including the popular adjustable screw clip-on style. Contact our studio at 330.554.7560 or info@michellepajakreynolds.com to discuss your clip-on back preference.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with an item purchased from our online store you may return it within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. Items purchased through an authorized retailer should be returned to the retailer and are subject to that store's return policies.  Returns will not be accepted for special orders, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect unworn condition.  

Each return and exchange request is unique.  To return or exchange an item, contact our studio at 330.554.7560 or info@michellepajakreynolds.com for shipping instructions.  Packing and return shipping instructions will be sent via email. For your protection and piece of mind, please insure your package for the full purchase amount. Michelle Pajak-Reynolds Studios LLC is not responsible for items damaged due to improper packaging or lost in transit. Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item and via the original payment method. Typically credits appear on your account statement within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping charges. You will receive an email notification when your return in being processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Paypal Credit (including 6 months no interest), and Afterpay (4 interest free payments over 6 weeks on orders up to $2,000 USD) Please note depending on your geographic location an total amount due, only some the special financing options may be available to you.

How do I get my jewelry repaired or adjusted?

Repair services are available for pieces due to breakage or damage from normal wear and tear.  Some repairs may incur a modest service fee. Elective services such as ring sizing or necklace and bracelet length adjustments may also incur a charge. Each situation is unique and while Michelle does her best to accommodate all repair and adjustment requests, some designs may not be easily repaired or modified. In these situations, she would be happy to create a custom piece to meet your needs.  Contact the studio at 330.554.7560 or info@michellepajakreynolds.com to request a service fee quote and shipping instructions.  Michelle Pajak-Reynolds Studios LLC is not responsible for items serviced by another jeweler.

How do I order jewelry for my store?

How secure is your online store?

This store uses Squarespace Commerce and processes payments via Stripe. Stripe is certified at PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of security certification.
